This notice explains what Manchester Jets does with the details you give us when you ask for a quote or get in touch. In short: we use them to reply to you and to do the job, we don't sell them, and we don't use them for marketing.
Who we are

What we collect
When you send the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the services you're interested in, your message, and any photos you attach. If you call, message or email us, we have whatever you send us.
Why we use it
To give you a quote, arrange and carry out the work, and keep the records a business has to keep. The legal basis is that you've asked us to quote for a job (taking steps before entering a contract), and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the spam check on the form (Turnstile), stores a copy of each quote request, and delivers it to us by email.
- Microsoft provides our email inbox (Outlook), where quote requests arrive.
These providers may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires. We never sell your details or share them for marketing.
How long we keep it
The website keeps a copy of each quote request for 12 months, then deletes it automatically. If you become a customer, we keep the details we need for the job and for our accounts for as long as the law requires. Otherwise we delete quote emails once they're no longer needed.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technical data to keep the site secure and to tell people apart from bots.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email or call us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
